Customers are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of their purchase. Upon issuance of a refund, the customer agrees to renounce any subsequent claims related to the refunded purchase.

Partial Refund Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, customers may request a partial refund. Each case is reviewed individually to determine eligibility for a partial refund. Factors considered include the extent of service used and any specific circumstances shared by the customer. To request a partial refund, please submit a detailed explanation and any relevant proof of purchase to our support team. Customers receiving a partial refund agree to waive any further claims associated with the purchase.

No Refund Policy

By accepting a full or partial refund, customers agree to release NegocioListo from any further claims, liabilities, demands and all losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind that are either directly or indirectly related to or arise from the activities relating to the refund, or customers’ relationship with NegocioListo.

If you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.” The foregoing release does not apply to any claims, demands, or any losses, damages, rights and actions of any kind for any unconscionable commercial practice by NegocioListo or for such party’s fraud, deception, false, promise, misrepresentation or concealment, suppression or omission of any material fact in connection with any services provided hereunder.


This agreement serves as a final resolution of any disputes regarding the refunded service.
